The Basic Pack provides you with the essencial tools to present and sell your lodging offer online.

The Promotions Module allows you to set prices with special conditions for a product (whether simple or a pack). These conditions may be any of the following:

• minimum and maximum number of days

• date intervals to observe

• selling start and end dates

• minimum and maximum booking antecedence

• week days for check-in and check out

• minimum and maximum quantities.

The Complementary Offer Module allows you to configure, present and sell non lodging products (whether yours or from a partner).

This module supports the inventory management of such products based on quantities and timetable availability, and permits your customer to book them solo or in packages with lodging products.

To use this module, you must also hold the Promotions Module.

With the Supplier Module you may allow your complementary offer suppliers to manage their products in Bookyo.

Through an extranet, a supplier can (with the proper permissions) insert products and edit its description, its availability and its rates, confirm a product's availability (in reservations including products with on-request availability) and view a track record of their products reservations.

With the Location Module you can classify hotels by Continent, Country, Region and City, allowing your customer to search your offer by these geographical criteria.

You can also assign a currency to each hotel. Thus, it is possible to show prices and support transactions in different currencies, according to the hotel they refer to.

The Multi-Rate Module allows the definition of different rates, for the same day, for the same product or package. In other words, it supports multi-level rates.

These rates can be defined as exceptions to, or a discount to the base-rate, according to any of the following criteria:

• minimum and maximum quantity of products

• minimum and maximum stay period

• minimum and maximum booking antecedence

• week days for check-in and check out

• week days that must be covered by the stay

The Stay-Discount Module lets you offer your customers a discount in the number of nights.

This discount applies when a certain number of nights is booked (7/6, 3/2 and other similar offers) or as a multiple of a minimum number of nights (“get one night free, for each 7 you book!”)

To use this module, you must also hold the Multi-Rate Module.

With the Promotion Code Module you can create promotional codes and track its usage.

Each promotional code is linked to one or several product or package rates.

Promotional Codes can be:

• Personalized – when a set of n unique promotional codes is produced – or

• Generic – when a set of n identical promotional codes is produced.

Finally, promotional codes' usage can be tracked and monitored as follows:

• One by one (for Personalized Codes only)

• Defining, for a specific rate, the maximum quantity of reservations made with a promotional code (for both Personalized and Generic Codes)

To use this module, you must also hold the Multi-Rate Module.

The Yield Management Module allows you to set, for each product and/or rate, the applicable discount according to the hotel occupancy level and the reservation antecedence.

The Loyalty Programmes Module enables you to choose and associate a Loyalty Programme to your booking system, so that your customer can collect points whenever he books with you.

The Offer Segmentation Module makes it possible to communicate differently with different segments of your target market.

This module allows you to:

• Create Market Segments (or Target Markets)

• Build Catalogue Pages with different content, for each market segment

• Assign a specific URL to the Catalogue Pages to use in promotional campaigns

• Prioritize hotels, products and catalogue pages according to target-markets

The User Segmentation Module allows for a segmentation or breakdown of site users according to language and location, based on such criteria as:

• IP of origin

• browser language

• language selected on the website.

In this way, it is possible to deliver different content to each of the defined segments, by prioritizing specific Catalogue pages focusing on the offer most likely to interest them. 

To use this module you must hold the Offer Segmentation Module.

With the Tracking Module, you can get a better understanding of your customers interests and preferences.

The module tracks every customers' navigation through your offer, loging their click path up until a reservation is confirmed. Thus, you can identify lines of action and recognize your customers' profile.

This data allows the production of several reports, such as:

• preferred paths

• paths with highest reservation succes

• paths with more site exits

• booking / viewing ratios for product and content efficiency analisys

The Advertising Module supports the distribution of text, image and multi-media adds through the content pages of your website.

These adds are placed on your website pages whose content relates to the products you wish to advertise. This matching is done by comparing the keywords (or tags) of your products with those on your website content.

If you hold the Target Management Module, you can also prioritize your add placement according to the market segments you created there.

This module shows you the convertion rates of Google AdWords adds and keywords, supplying important data for a correct ROI analisys of your campaigns.

This module allows the distribution of your offer through the main Global Distribution Systems (GDS): WorldSpan, Sabre, Amadeus, Galileu

Such distribution is possible by integrating Bookyo with a GDS switch and allows you to manage your offer (either lodging or complementary) in different terms for each GDS.

This module allows the distribution of your offer through Expedia.com and Hotels.com (two of the main Internet Distribution Systems - IDS).

You can manage your offer (either accomodation or complementary) in different terms for each IDS.

And you can do all this from your Bookyo back-office.

The Flight Search Module allows your customers to search for flights from their chosen airport to an airport near your hotel.

With just one click, they can see flights, times and prices (for their check-in and check-out dates and for other dates as well, if they chose to). All this without leaving your website or even interrupting their booking process.

This way, you provide more and better information to those booking directly with you, increasing your convertion rates.

After finishing their reservation, your clients can even pursue to booking their flights - directly from you site to the site of their chosen airline company.

The Online Payment Module is the tool for online credit card payment. Bookyo's solution integrates with UNICRE.

A payment may cover part or the totality of the reservation price or be used as garanty. Such conditions can be set generically for the all your products or separately for any product or rate.

If your Property Management System supports it, we can integrate Bookyo with your PMS via webservices. This allows for real time inventory update, avoiding the need for internet only allotments.

The Hotel CMS is a content management system that allows you to create and update a static content website.

This module integrates smoothly with all other Bookyo solutions and is available exclusively for our clients.

BASIC Version

The Hotel CMS Module Basic version supports a single hotel website.

The site will consist of the following pages:

• About the Hotel

• Facilities

• On Line Catalogue

• Contacts

The Hotel CMS Module Premium version supports a hotel group website. This site will consist of two areas: The Group and The Hotels.
